I first met Salina when I was doing work for the USPS in Los Angles CA in one of their 4 national contact centers. Salina already had a strong background in contact center operations and I saw her quickly progress from an Operations Manager in the LA facility to the site manager of the Wichita KS facility where we once again were able to work side by side. Once there and able to lead this, newest USPS contact center, site quickly started reporting the best KPI’s of the 4 sites.
